Which company you are dealing with depends on your contract: your contractual partner is the Vitelis entity named in your contract, order confirmation or invoice. As a general rule, customers in Europe contract with Vitelis Europe GmbH, customers in the USA with Vitelis Inc., and customers in Australia with Vitelis Australia Pty Ltd. All three entities are listed below.
